2. WE USE THE PRINCIPLES OF DESIGN THINKING TO CRAFT OUR PROGRAMS
We work closely with your stakeholders to apply the relevant steps of design thinking (empathize, define, ideate, prototype and test) and then strive to continuously improve on those programs moving forward.

3.WE BELIEVE IN THE PARETO PRINCIPLE
Not every topic or training course will have an equal impact on your people. We look for and focus on the 20% of skills and behaviors that will have 80% of the impact on your people and organization.

4. "DON'T BE BORING" IS OUR MANTRA
In our programs we creatively use stories, discussions, roleplays, activities, simulations, virtual reality technology, and creative brainstorming sessions to make the learning interesting and highly engaging.

7. WE MAKE THE LEARNING STICKY
We design learning to stick with participants long after they've left the classroom. Our goal is to make the learning simple, concrete, and memorable so that we can create lasting behavioral change in the learners.

8. WE DO THE RIGHT THING
We strive to act fairly and ethically in all our business dealings. We do the right thing even if it means taking a short-term loss or turning down a client that’s not making a net positive impact on the world. Again, we’re playing the long game!

ABOUT US
CHAD BAGLEY
Principal Consultant & Chief Learning Architect
Chad Bagley is a leader, coach, facilitator, and course designer with over 22 years of experience creating and delivering innovative training solutions across the globe. He is currently the Principal Consultant for Pangea Leadership Group—a group dedicated to helping people and organizations perform better and achieve lasting results.
Chad discovered his passion for helping both organizations and individuals develop when he moved his young family to China in 1998 and took up a position with Communication Consulting Ltd. as a curriculum designer and facilitator. Over the next twelve years he rose through the ranks to become the general manager and eventually a partner, and in the process, helped move the company from a small boutique firm to one of the most respected providers of leadership training in China. In 2011 GP Strategies acquired Communication Consulting and Chad transitioned to the role of GP’s China Country Manager. After returning to the US in 2017, he spent several years as the Director of Leadership Development Consulting for BlessingWhite (a division of GP Strategies) before founding Pangea Leadership Group in 2020.

Over the past two decades Chad has designed, facilitated, and consulted on dozens of highly customized courses and learning journeys that cover myriad disciplines including: psychological safety, critical & strategic thinking, problem solving & decision making, influence, executive presence, executive communication, crafting powerful messages, storytelling, cross-cultural communication, conflict management, getting results, time management, change management, innovation & creativity, customer service, leading environmental sustainability, emotional intelligence, diversity & inclusion, coaching and mentoring. In addition to his work as a designer and facilitator he has vast experience as a keynote speaker and executive coach.

Chad has extensive cross-culture and international business experience. Besides having lived in Iran, Greece, Brazil, Saudi Arabia and China, he has also conducted leadership development courses in: China, Singapore, Japan, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Bangladesh, Abu Dhabi, Turkey, India, Korea and the United States.
